Thank you for choosing Heels Mafia. Please review our policies regarding class cancellations, workshops, and merchandise refunds below:

Dance Classes & Workshops

​

Cancellations by Student: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to class start time are eligible for class credit. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or "no-shows" are non-refundable and forfeit class credit.
Special Workshops / Intensive Series: Registration fees for multi-session workshops, special masterclasses, or guest instructor series are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Heels Mafia.
Cancellations by Heels Mafia: If a class or workshop is canceled by us due to weather, studio emergency, or instructor illness, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

Merchandise & Custom Gear

Returns: Physical merchandise (apparel, accessories) must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, worn apparel, and custom-made dance gear are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
